Occupations are those things that occupy your time that bring meaning to your life. Occupational therapists at Meaning Studio work collaboratively with you to determine the care goals, figure out where the barrier is and work a plan together to overcome that barrier. Key areas of experience include: navigating life transitions (school, work, new parent, relationships, retirement), mood and anxiety challenges, psychosis, persistent pain.

There are critical moments in an occupational therapist’s career where having some guidance and support from someone in the field can be incredibly helpful and grounding. This service is offered either one to one or in small group format (4-6 occupational therapists). Some areas where this may be helpful: - Developing Clinicians (first 1-2 years) - Returning Clinicians after a leave from the profession - Internationally trained Clinicians - Clinicians wanting a structured way to keep up to date with the changing landscape of occupational therapy
